We started working with Chuck Salvo when he was a leader at the Disney Institute. The McDonald’s corporation and the Owner Operators wanted to enhance their Employee Experience and Customer Experience. Upon completion of the engagement with Disney we searched for someone to help us operationalize our new People First Framework. We hired Chuck Salvo of the newly formed SALVO Innovative Solutions, LLC., to assist us to deploy our new framework into our business. We hired Chuck Salvo and SALVO Innovative Solutions after participating in a workshop that Chuck spoke at for McDonald’s owners. Chuck’s 15 year’s of experience at Disney immediately resonated with us since we already had a working knowledge of the Disney Service from family work experience. Chuck was able to assess our team and provide practical solutions that we were immediately able to deploy. We also asked Chuck to assist us with some cultural dynamics that we were dealing with within our leadership team. He hosted a fun engaging workshop called R.A.V.E., Respect and Value Everyone.
